For Dr. Michael Segall, orthodontics is more than a profession — it’s a calling rooted in service, transformation, and connection. A diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Segall focuses on designing personalized treatment plans and guiding precise tooth and jaw movement with today’s most advanced diagnostics and technology. His path to Lubbock followed more than a decade of service as a U.S. Army dental officer, including serving as the orthodontist and faculty mentor for the Fort Hood residency program and holding an assistant professorship with the Uniformed Services University.
He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Oral Biology, and completed his orthodontic residency through the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program.
Dr. Segall and his wife, pediatric dentist Dr. Colleen Segall, built Double T Smiles on one belief: when excellence meets empathy, patients become family.
